Ms. Madison Gates

Madison Gates graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A in American Sign Language Interpreting in May 2023. During her senior year, she completed a 200+ hour internship which allowed her to interpret in a variety of settings such as K-12 grade levels, theatrical environments, etc. Her work has been published on a personal portfolio which will be linked.  

She worked with GLOBO Language Solutions as an Instructional Signing Aide/Communications Facilitator in K-12 settings. Originally from Castroville Texas, she moved out to Boerne as she was excited to engage in a new community, and begin her teaching career in a wonderful district. 

Ms. Gates is ready to inspire her students and have them become "communication bridges" between the hearing and Deaf worlds. Currently, she teaches ASL 1 through 3 on level at Champion High School.
