Ms. Horton

This school year will mark Ms. Horton’s fourth year of teaching and first year at Champion High School. Born and raised in Texas, Ms. Horton recently moved with her family from La Vernia to the Canyon Lake area, where she enjoys the beautiful hill country views and spending time by the water.
She received her Master of Arts in English through Texas A&M University-San Antonio, preceded by a BA in English from the same institution. Prior to CHS, Ms. Horton taught Inclusion/SPED English I and II, on-level English I, II, and Art, Pre-AP English II, Modified English I & II, and taught a year of middle school Art for 6th through 8th grade.
