Mrs. Carmen Cesare

Mrs. Cesare is a Special Education teacher who works as the Behavior Specialist at Champion High School. This is her 2nd year in this role at CHS and her 5th year for BISD.

She has four children, two of them attend Champion High School, and one grandson. She grew up in Kentucky and relocated to Texas 6 years ago. She has been married to her husband, Anthony, for 17 years and spent many years moving around while he was enlisted in the Army. 

She has a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Management, and is currently attending Schreiner University to obtain her Leadership Certification.
