Mrs. Krause
2024-25 will be her 22nd year teaching Family and Consumer Sciences. She began her teaching career in Green Bay Wisconsin where she taught for 13 years. After teaching in the Green Bay Area Public schools, Mrs Krause wanted stay in education, but at a higher level. She worked at a private college as a career counselor for a few years before deciding to move to beautiful Boerne Texas. After moving to Boerne, she spent a few years at UTSA as a career counselor. Wanting to have a classroom and consistency with kids, Mrs Krause went back into teaching at Kerrville ISD for a few years before she was able to secure a position in Boerne ISD. She could not be more thrilled to be starting her 6th year in the Boerne ISD at Champion High School. Mrs Krause has two boys. Her oldest is off to college this year and her youngest is a senior at Champion High School.
