Mrs. Tracy Wegleitner

Tracy Wegleitner returns to Boerne after relocating from her native state of South Carolina.  During her time away, she worked with an Advanced Placement textbook publishing company for several years and returned to teaching as an online History instructor with Bridgeway Academy.

Teaching is Mrs. Wegleitner's second career, and she has taught in Wiesbaden, Germany, Lexington, South Carolina, and Boerne High School.  Over the course of her career, she has taught almost every Social Studies course, including AP Psychology, AP US History, AP European History, Psychology, Sociology, Government, and World History.  This year, she will teach AP Psychology, Sociology, and Psychology.

Mrs. Wegleitner has been married for 22 years and has two children:  Emma attends Grand Canyon University and is a member of the volleyball team, and Robert, a Senior at Champion High School.  She and her family enjoy traveling and all things sports.  She is usually found traveling to volleyball and track events.

Mrs. Wegleitner begins her 10th year of teaching, and she is excited to share her love of "ologies" with the students at Champion High School.  Go Chargers!!
