Ms. Rachel Carlson

Ms. Carlson is thrilled to be joining Champion High School this year as a mathematics teacher. Born and raised in Kerrville, Texas, she is delighted to be back in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. 

Ms. Carlson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M. During her time at Texas A&M, she had the privilege of working with the Math Learning Center to develop a series of publicly available math video lectures, aiming to support students in their mathematical journey. 

In her free time, Ms. Carlson can be found in the kitchen, cooking and baking up a storm, or cheering on Aggie football and baseball—sometimes while multitasking with her culinary creations!
