The primary thing that I expect from my students is effort. Your students are expected to always have their hands up when they are working on assignments, and continuously practice their vocabulary if they have downtime. If your student does not display effort, then their grade will reflect that. If they try, they will most certainly succeed. 

Skyward Gradebook will be updated WEEKLY in order to ensure the most accurate percentage before eligibility checks or the end of the grading period. Please ensure that you and your child consistently monitor their grades. However, I will send progress report updates, so parents know if their child is missing any papers, or anything that they can do within the guidelines of the Grading Policy to make up or redo work.
