Mrs. Lornell Walden

Welcome to CHS!

Mrs. Walden has been teaching Science for 15 years. She has called Boerne home since 1998, but grew up in San Antonio. Mrs. Walden and her husband, Dean, have been married for 39 years. Mrs. Walden attended Texas A & M University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science. After graduation, she worked in the field of Biomedical Research at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for 15 years. Mrs. Walden also earned her Master's in Environmental Science at UTSA. Mrs. Walden has two children; Nathan who graduated from BHS in 2014, and Angela who graduated from BHS in 2019.

This is Mrs. Walden's second year at CHS as Science Inclusion Teacher/SpEd Staff. She previously taught Biology and AP Environmental Science at Boerne High School for 4 years. She has taught Biology and APES in the Comfort and Somerset School Districts. She is very excited about getting to know everyone! 24-25 SY Schedule: A-Day: In class 1st, 2nd, and 3rd period, 4th is Conference from 2:30-4:00 PM.

B-Day: 5th period Professional Learning Group and 6th, 7th, and 8th periods in class.
