Mr. Joshua Adkins

Josh Adkins is a 2nd year teacher/coach at Champion High School. He is an algebra 1 teacher, assistant football coach, and assistant basketball coach for the Chargers. Josh graduated with a bachelor's in Finance degree from New Mexico State University in 2019. He then went on to obtain a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2022. During his time at NMSU and UTSA he also played football for each respective university. After graduating from UTSA in 2022, he went to work for Valero Energy Corporation in San Antonio. After a little over a year at Valero, Josh made a career move to join the Champion Chargers and follow what he believes is his calling. He is now entering his second year with us and is excited for the year ahead. He is married to Brandy Adkins, who is also a fellow educator in the greater San Antonio area.
