Students within the culinary arts department gain real-life experience by participating in the preparation and service of food. The goal of Boerne Culinary Arts is to arrange catering opportunities that connect to classroom curriculum, giving our students the opportunity to learn by doing.

"[We were] very impressed with the BHS Culinary department’s performance in its role in providing the pregame Military Reception as part of the BHS Hoops For Troops Military Appreciation basketball game on Friday, December 7. They provided delicious desserts and appetizers as well as a visually appealing ambience with decorations and inspiring music. The Student Council definitely recommends that other organizations consider utilizing them as well!"

Available Services

Full Service Catering
This service includes the set up of the event, preparation of food items, serving the food items, and complete clean up of the event.
Boxed Lunch Service
This service includes a boxed lunch of an agreed menu delivered to the venue where the attendees will self serve from a communal location.
Staffed Buffet Service
This service includes the setup of the event, preparation of the food items, and a provided staff serving & cleaning up the buffet.
Self Serve Buffet Catering
This service includes the setup of the event, preparation of the food items, replenishment of the food items on the buffet line, and clean up of the buffet.
Front of House Wait Staff Only
This service includes the use of wait staff personnel only. They are not solely responsible for the clean up, preparation of food items, serving food items or clean up of the event.
