• Current students and Graduates after 2022:

     

    Transcript forms are available in the counseling office or may be downloaded here.

    If a student is withdrawing from our school, the parent and student must visit with the registrar to obtain records and complete a withdrawal form.

    • The first three transcripts are provided free of charge with at least a three-day processing period.

    • After the first three, there is a cost of $2.00 per copy with a three-day processing period.

    • Scholarship transcripts are provided free of charge with a three-day processing period.

    • Any request with less than a three-day processing is subject to a $5.00 fee.

    2022 Graduates and before:

    All pre-2018 Boerne High School or Boerne-Champion High School Graduates must request school transcripts from Central Office by following the process below:

    Process for requesting a transcript:

    1. Print and fill out the Records Request Form.

    2. Mail the form along with payment to:

      Transcripts
      Boerne ISD
      235 W. Johns Road
      Boerne, TX 78006

      Or

    3. Bring the form along with payment to the District Office, 235 W. Johns Road, Boerne, TX. (Picture ID and signature required when picking up transcripts.)

    Transcript requests are assessed a $2 fee per copy with a three-day processing period. Scholarship transcripts are provided free of charge with a three-day processing period. Any rush request with less than a three-day processing period is subject to a $5 fee.
