Mrs. Blunt is so excited for another year at Boerne High School! The 2024-2025 school year marks her 8th year as an educator, with 5 of those years teaching 8th grade U.S. History at Boerne Middle School South. She is the loudest and proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2015, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2017, she completed an alternative certification teaching program where she became certified to teach Social Studies grades 7-12. 

Mrs. Blunt has just celebrated her seventh year of marriage with her husband, Cody, and together they have two awesome kiddos, Levi (4) and Reese (2). Mrs. Blunt has been blessed to be highlighted as a Teacher Spotlight Winner three times during her time in BISD and was chosen as the 2024 Boerne High School Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Blunt has always possessed a deep love for history and the social sciences and strives to engage students in history in a relevant and authentic way. Mrs. Blunt will be teaching AP World History and AP Psychology this year. GO GREYHOUNDS!
