Mrs. Carolina Gutierrez

i Bienvenidos a la clase de Español de la señora Gutiérrez !

She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. There she went to Central University of Venezuela for three years to get her degree in social work, but her plans changed since she married her high school sweetheart and came to live in the U.S. Here,  she completed a bachelors degree in psychology and then she became a realtor for 10 years while raising her children. Once they went to high school, she  completed her masters and certification in Secondary Education/Spanish at Texas A&M in Corpus Christi, Texas. She has worked as a Spanish teacher for the past 10 years at the high school level and she really enjoys her profession.She has a wonderful family: a husband, a son, a daughter, a son-in-law and three beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach but more than anything she loves everything she does with her family. She is very excited about working at Boerne HS this 23-24 school year.
