Students cultivate their understanding of the principles that apply to an economic system as a whole by using principles and models to describe economic situations and predict and explain outcomes with graphs, charts, and data as they explore concepts like economic measurements, markets, macroeconomic models, and macroeconomic policies.

Financial Mathematics offers students the opportunity to increase their personal finance skills and obtain credit in Mathematics. Students prepare for real-world decisions regarding personal money management requiring critical thinking skills. Topics include net pay, income taxes, calculations of mortgage payments and insurance, property and interest costs and taxes, closing costs, etc. This class is geared to teach you how to be an adult financially.
Principles of Business, Marketing, and Finance
Principles of Business, Marketing, and Finance students gain knowledge and skills in economies and private enterprise systems, the impact of global business, marketing of goods and services, advertising, and product pricing. Students analyze the sales process and financial management principles.
