Stephanie Scott

This is Mrs. Scott’s third year at Voss Middle School, but her twelfth year of teaching.  After growing up in Belton, TX, she graduated from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Psychology.  She then earned her teaching certificate from Tarleton State University.  

Mrs. Scott began her teaching career as a 5th grade teacher with Plano ISD and was awarded New Educator of the Year.  After four years of teaching, she stayed home with her own children, and returned to teaching full time with Northside ISD at Garcia Middle School, teaching 6th grade ELAR. This year, Mrs. Scott is excited about teaching 6th grade OL Math and 6th grade Honors Math.  Mrs. Scott serves as the Math Department Chair.  

When Mrs. Scott is not at school, you can often find her supporting functions at Boerne Champion, where her youngest son is a senior.    

She enjoys being part of the community and running into her students outside of school.  In addition, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading.
