Voss Middle School Principal Kathy Cornett has served Boerne ISD since 2007, all at Boerne High School. Mrs. Cornett taught math at Boerne High School from 2007 to 2019, before moving into administration at BHS three years ago, first as an Assistant Principal and currently as the Academic Dean.
This is Mrs. Cornett’s 19th year in education. She began her career as a math teacher at Judson High School. She then taught math at Arlington High School before moving to Boerne High School in the Fall of 2007.
As a lifelong learner, she has a Master of Business Administration, 18 graduate hours in Applied Statistics, and her Master’s in Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Cornett and her husband John have two children, Byron “Connor” (10th grade) and Kylie (8th grade).

Ms. Haskett has served as an educator for 23 years. Her most recent experience has been serving as an Instructional Coordinator in Northside ISD. Prior to this, she supported elementary, middle, and high school administrators and teachers as an Instructional Support Teacher for 7 years. Throughout her time with NISD, she served as a special education teacher, general education teacher, instructional coach, and staff developer.Ms. Haskett has a bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies and a master’s in Education Administration. She has two adult children, Brendan and Skyllar.She hopes to instill that we never stop growing and should embrace opportunities to learn from others. She looks forward to creating and establishing positive relationships with the Voss students, parents, staff, and community. -

Mrs. Comley is entering her 18th year in education, with the last 7 years serving in Boerne ISD. Most recently she served as an assistant principal at Curington Elementary (2021-2023) and a teacher at Boerne Middle School North (2016-2021). Prior to moving to Boerne, Mrs. Comley taught 7th and 8th grade at Plainview Middle School (2011-2016) and MacArthur Middle School (2008-2010) in Oklahoma, as well as 4th grade in Klein ISD (2006-2008) in Houston, TX.Mrs. Comley is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2006 and continued her education at the University of Texas at Arlington earning a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in 2021.She is excited to join the Voss team and serve the staff and students of the community she resides in with her husband (Eric), and children (Wade and Brooke), who are both students at Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary. -

Nurse Stewart has been a nurse for 8 years. She has worked in many areas of nursing, but is very excited to be the new school nurse at Voss. She lives in Boerne with her husband and two children, Kaegan and Kallie. During her free time, she loves to read, decorate, and spend time with her family. Officer Jared Moore is Voss' School Resource Officer as well as working in Kendall County as a Deputy. Officer Moore grew up in Boerne and graduated from Boerne High School. He is passionate about safety and security and looks forward to another great year as an Eagle!

Campus Behavior Coordinator

Under the requirements of Senate Bill 107, 84th legislature, TEC 37.0012, each campus must have a staff member designated as the Campus Behavior Coordinator. As a District of Innovation, BISD has opted to designate each administrator as a campus behavior coordinator.
