Melody Meyer

Mrs. Melody Meyer is excited to begin her 11^th year in the classroom as an art teacher at Boerne Middle School South. Since graduating from Texas State University in 2008, she has taught a variety of subjects and grades, including 6 years in middle school art. She is an art teacher because she likes to inspire students through art to express themselves through a variety of media. She enjoys helping students find connections between art and other subjects.

Mrs. Meyer is a ceramics enthusiast and enjoys creating in her home studio. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 7-year-old son traveling and visiting with family and friends. 

Education: Mrs. Meyer obtained her bachelor's degree of science at Texas State University in 2008. Her certifications include EC-4 Generalist, Theater K-12, and Art K-12.
