Mrs. Jennifer Cochran

Jennifer Cochran is the ELAR Department Chair at BMSS.  She teaches 8th grade English Language Arts and Reading and 7th grade ELAR Principles. She is beginning her twenty-first year of teaching and her seventh year at Boerne Middle School South. Mrs. Cochran spent ten years as an elementary teacher and has taught middle school ELAR for ten years.  Mrs. Cochran graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a specialization in reading. 

Mrs. Cochran is an avid reader and hopes to share that passion with her students.  It is Mrs. Cochran’s goal to help her students become lifelong readers and writers.  

When she is not in the classroom, Mrs. Cochran enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and cocker spaniel.  The Cochrans love family movie nights, Mexican food, and cheering for the Baylor Bears and Red Raiders! Sic’em! Wreck 'em!
