Jean Miller is currently serving as a dyslexia itinerant for both Van Raub Elementary and Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary.  She has previous teaching experience in grades Pre-K through 3rd grade, with the last 12 years as a dyslexia reading interventionist.

She believes that teachers have a responsibility to have high expectations for their students and for themselves.  She strives to create a loving, nurturing environment where her students can reach their highest potential and have fun at the same time.

She received her BA from the University of Texas and specialized instruction for dyslexia at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.  Mrs. Miller is a CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist).  She is an active member of the Academic Language Therapy Association and International Dyslexia Association.
