Policy and Procedures
Students in grades Kindergarten - 1st grade can check out 1 book at a time. The book must returned to check out another book.
Students in grades 2nd grade - 5th grade may check out 2 books at a time.
Books are loaned out for 2 weeks at a time. After 2 weeks, the books are considered overdue. There is not a fine for overdue books when they are returned. However, there is a fine for lost and or damaged books. Mrs. Polk will assess a fine and let the student know.
Please encourage care of our books. Make sure water bottles and food are kept away from books. Highlighting, coloring, stickers are not permitted in books. Keep pets away from books, and please use bookmarks.
