Mrs. Amy Thornton

Mrs. Thornton graduated from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Texas in 2002, where she received a Bachelor of Science in  Occupational Education, with a double major in Theater and Psychology and a minor in Communications. She has taught High School Speech, Theater, Middle School Drama and coached volleyball for 10 years in San Antonio. In 2014, she came to Boerne Middle School North to teach MS Drama and build a program. Mrs. Thornton has been teaching since 2004. 

Mrs. Thornton and her husband have five grown children and two grandchildren who she is so proud of.  She loves to travel and see the world and their bucket list is to visit every NFL stadium to watch the Seattle Seahawks.
