Mrs. Franco is entering her 17th year in education and her 8th year as a school counselor. She has been a counselor in Boerne ISD for the past 6 years and is eager to begin serving the students and families of Boerne Middle School North! Originally from Fort Worth, Mrs. Franco has taught various subjects and grade levels in Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas Wesleyan University and her master's degree from the University of St. Thomas. She is passionate about helping students reach their full potential academically, emotionally, and socially. Mrs. Franco is married to her husband Mike of 15 years and together they have two amazing daughters, Ella and Everly. Her favorite place is the beach and she loves spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Franco is very excited to be a Greyhound!

Mrs. Culp is excited to begin her 23rd year of education as a counselor at Boerne Middle School North!  Prior to counseling, Mrs. Culp taught at both the elementary and high school level and continues to keep in touch with many of her students. She holds a BA in interdisciplinary studies and a master’s degree in both educational administration and counseling and development. Mrs. Culp is also a registered yoga teacher and loves to encourage overall health and wellness. 

Mrs. Culp has one daughter and a few spoiled furbabies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, yoga, shopping, trying new restaurants, and almost anything outdoors. Her most recent obsession is the fitness classes on her Peloton bike!

Mrs. Culp loves Boerne and is positively thrilled to be a part of the BMSN Greyhound family! 

Mrs. Maloney, formally part of the North science department, joins the Boerne Middle School North counseling team!

Mrs. Maloney has worked in public schools in New York and Texas for 15 years now filling the roles of teacher's aide, substitute teacher, elementary/middle school teacher and now school counselor. Mrs. Maloney loves to help others and is passionate about finding ways for students to feel happy, safe, and successful at school.

Mrs. Maloney has three children and two grandchildren. She loves to travel to spend time with family and friends, go for a nice little jog, work a puzzle, read a book, work on her non-profit, and being in nature.

She wants people to know that she has a big heart and always wants to do her best in all that she does!
