Facility Use and Rentals

    Our facilities are available to rent to organizations according to campus events and staff availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests but may be limited at times due to staffing shortages. Please note that the FS Direct calendar, unfortunately, does not sync with the campus calendar. Some dates shown as available may be occupied by school related events. We appreciate your understanding.

    The Boerne Independent School District Board of Trustees welcomes public use of school facilities for educational, recreational, civic or social activities, when these activities do not conflict with school use or with local or state laws or regulations, and in accordance with Board Policy and District Procedures - policy GKD (LEGAL) and GKD (LOCAL).

    Requests for non-school use of district facilities: we will do our best to consider on a first-come-first-served basis. Academic and extracurricular activities sponsored by the district shall always have priority. Champion HS Aerial View The superintendent shall have authority to cancel a scheduled non-school use if an unexpected conflict arises with a district activity.
