  • The Strategic Planning Process

    The Boerne ISD Strategic Planning Process is a focused, purposeful way to plan for our district's future. The planning process creates a unity of purpose throughout the district and community and increases the amount of involvement our community has in our district. 

    The process is meant to cover every part of the district and is a filter for all decisions. A road map for BISD is a good way to visualize what Strategic Planning is and how it will influence the future of our district.
