Ms. Ashley Barnes

Ms. Barnes is a Second grade teacher. This is her 2nd year in education and her 1st year at FORES. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Elementary Education. She is also ESL and GT certified. 

Ms. Barnes is engaged to her fiancé, JT, and will be getting married this November. They just moved to Boerne this summer. In her spare time Ms. Barnes enjoys baking, watching reality tv, days at the lake, and spending time with her sweet (and spoiled) dog, Finley. 

A priority for Ms. Barnes is to make her classroom a safe, fun and exciting place for her students. She has high expectations for all students and  wants her students to enjoy coming to school every day. She is honored to be joining the Boerne ISD family and is excited to begin the year with her new students.
