Mrs. Jessica Phelps

Mrs. Phelps is a Special Education Resource/Inclusion Teacher and has worked at Kendall Elementary since 2015. She lives in Boerne with her family, and they enjoy traveling and attending sporting events, particularly hockey. Mrs. Phelps appreciates the community atmosphere at Boerne ISD and values the positive relationships she has with students, families, co-workers, and the broader community.
