Ms. Terry Owens

Ms. Owens is a third grade teacher at Fabra Elementary.  She teaches science and math.  Ms. Owens has 49 years of teaching experience in the areas of special education, dyslexia, behavior, and as a general education teacher.  Ms. Owens received her degree from Stephen F. Austin University and her masters degree from the University of Houston Victoria.  She was named "teacher of the year" while working in the Bay City school district and was recognized by the Texas Cavaliers while working in the Alamo Heights district.  She enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading during her spare time.
