Ms. Margaret Palacios
Margaret Palacios has been teaching Third Grade at Fabra for 16 Years, after serving as a teaching assistant in both the Title 1 Reading, and Special Educational programs.
Ms.Palacios’ certifications include; Secondary Special Education, Telpas, English as a Second Language, and Gifted and Talented.
Ms.Palacios received her Masters of Education with Distinction from the University of Incarnate Word in 1999, and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 1994 from U.I.W. as well. Boerne ISD has been a wonderful place to work, and raise her two daughters. Ms. Palacios is eager to inspire, and learn along side her coworkers, students and parents.
