Mrs. Shults is thrilled and humbled to continue to lead FORES as the Principal this school year.  She is in her 11^th year as an Elementary Campus Administrator and this is her 9^th year in BISD. Prior to becoming the Principal, she had the privilege to serve as the Assistant Principal for 4 years.

Mrs. Shults and her husband live in Center Point (near Comfort) and have a daughter who attends Voss Middle School. Mrs. Shults has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology, and holds a Principal Certification, as well as a Superintendent Certification.  She has 19 years of experience in Public Education; all at the Elementary level. As a teacher, she taught 1^st and 3^rd grade, was an ESL teacher, a Special Education collaborative teacher, and taught students that were serviced through the Gifted and Talented program.

Mrs. Shults looks forward to continuing to work hard to meet the needs of our FORES campus. Our students are our number one priority! She is looking forward to working alongside you and continuing the great things FORES has implemented over the past several years, while giving each student the best education they can receive. Our students and staff have a growth mindset like nowhere she has seen before, and we are very fortunate to be in a district that continues to focus on academics and social-emotional learning, recognize the importance of fine arts and extracurriculars, and the importance of relationships. Kimberly Stewart is an experienced educator with a 28-year journey in education and has been a dedicated member of the Boerne Independent School District for 16 years. Currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School since 2020, Mrs. Stewart brings a wealth of knowledge from her prior roles, which include teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades, as well as Elementary Art, all within the Boerne ISD.

Her educational foundation was laid at Baylor University, where she earned a BA in Communication Disorders. Building on her passion for educational leadership, she pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. Continuing her pursuit of academic excellence, Mrs. Stewart is currently working towards her Ed.D in Educational Leadership at Baylor University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Stewart and her husband, Steve, love to travel when he is not working at the IT business that he owns in the Boerne area.  Her two boys, both proud graduates of Boerne Champion, have taken on their academic journeys with determination. Cole, her eldest, recently graduated from Trinity University, while her youngest son, Parker, is currently a Junior at Texas State University.

Mrs. Stewart's educational philosophy centers around empowering every child to reach their highest potential through encouragement and support. She believes in fostering strong relationships with students, their families, and the extraordinary FORES staff. With an enthusiastic outlook, she eagerly awaits all the accomplishments of the FORES Mustangs in the upcoming academic year.

Nurse Karen Cluck is a BSN, RN. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin Nursing School and has 40 years of nursing experience. Nurse Cluck has worked as a school nurse for the past 16 years. She and her husband have lived in Fair Oaks Ranch for 22 years. Her two sons attended FORES and Boerne Schools. Nurse Cluck loves the Fair Oaks Ranch Community and enjoys the outdoors and hiking.

Deb Beck was born and raised in San Antonio, TX.  Deb's heart has always been drawn towards working in the education field and she is excited to be at FORES.

Deb is blessed with 2 daughters, 2 wonderful son-in-laws, and 3 grandchildren. In her free time Deb loves to garden, antique and spend time with her family.

She knows this is going to be a great school year!
