Ms. E. Perales
Ms. Perales loves being an educator and being an important role model in the lives of children. She has been an educator since 2001 and has experience working as a dual language kindergarten teacher, a Spanish teacher, a grant writer, a curriculum and instruction developer, and a librarian. Ms. Perales understands that every child is unique and special in their own way. She has a passion to see students learn and be proud of their growth. She firmly believes to whom much is given, much is expected. She knows working together with parents increases the learning potential for students. She can’t wait to meet her new students at Viola Wilson Elementary.
Ms. Perales is an 8th generation Texan and lives in Fair Oaks Ranch with her partner. She has 3 grown children that she adores. When not involved in her organizations, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and going for long walks outdoors. She is a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, the Jr. League of San Antonio, the Catholic Daughters of America, the Texas Library Association, and the Kendall County Aggie Moms Club. She attended La Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina and received her undergraduate degree from St. Edward's University. Ms. Perales also earned her Master of Library Science from Sam Houston State University.
