My name is Lizeth Thompson and I am the proud principal of Viola Wilson Elementary. I was born and raised in El Paso and moved to San Antonio when I finished high school. I attended St. Mary's University where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree. Upon completion, I received my Masters degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, I am a doctoral student at the University of Texas at Austin. I taught in a Dual Language classroom for 15 years before becoming an administrator. This is my seventh year as a school administrator.  I am so grateful to be coming back to Boerne ISD! 

My husband and I had a German Shepherd for 11 ½ years.  He was the light of our life!  In our free time, we enjoy traveling and seeing new places. I enjoy all things related to Broadway, Disney classics, crafting and music concerts. FUN FACT- We got engaged in front of Cinderella's castle in Walt Disney World.

My favorite title is being an Aunt. I have two nephews who I love to pieces. Being Tia Moon definitely fills my bucket!

Jessica Valdez
With nearly two decades immersed in the realm of education, my journey has been marked by a profound dedication to nurturing young minds. For thirteen years, I served as a bilingual elementary educator, fostering an inclusive learning environment conducive to the development of language skills and cultural understanding. Transitioning seamlessly into a role in school counseling, I've spent the subsequent five years guiding students through the intricacies of academic and personal growth.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, with a specialized focus on bilingual instruction, my academic foundation laid the groundwork for a multifaceted career path. Complementing this, I pursued dual Master's degrees, one in School Counseling and another in Education Administration, affording me a comprehensive understanding of the diverse facets of educational leadership.

Hey Wolfpack! My name is Stephanie Bradford. I am excited to be serving as VWES Instructional Coach this year. 

I am starting my 6th year in Boerne ISD and my 23rd year in education. I have Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and K-8 Education as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership. I was a classroom teacher and instructional coach in North Carolina before moving with my family to Texas. My husband Roger and I have two girls, a freshman at BHS and a recent Greyhound graduate on her way to college this fall. We have loved being part of the local community. 

In my spare time I enjoy reading, baking and spending time with family & friends. I am excited to share my love of learning and passion for encouraging students (& teachers) to reach their full potential each day. I can’t wait to meet the Wolfpack faculty, students, and families. I am looking forward to supporting everyone as we begin the journey at our new school. I know it will be a wonderful year!

Nurse Elisabeth Kelley will be starting into her 3^rd year as a school nurse with Boerne ISD. Nurse Kelley has a background in pediatric nursing, specifically Oncology/ hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant. She has always wanted to be a school nurse and she is so excited to be continuing her journey at Viola Wilson Elementary. She is passionate about keeping our schools and students healthy and safe and loves being a part of the Boerne ISD community. Nurse Kelley attended Schreiner University where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and is currently a Registered Nurse and is looking forward to continuing her education back at Schreiner University. Nurse Kelley and her husband Blake live in Pipe Creek, Texas with their daughter Madelynn, who will be 2 in the spring. Nurse Kelley loves to cook and bake and try new recipes and spend time with her family during her free time.
