Early Childhood Intervention Services
Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) is a statewide program within the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for families with children from birth up to age 3, with developmental delays, disabilities, or specific medical diagnoses that may impact development. ECI services support families as they learn how to help their children grow and learn.

Partners Resource Network
The Partners Resource Network (PRN) is a non-profit agency that operates the statewide network of federally funded Parent Training and Information Centers (PTI's) in Texas. The programs and services of PRN are based on the concept of parents helping parents. The mission of PRN is to empower parents of children and youth with disabilities in their roles as parents, decision-makers, and advocates for their children and to promote partnerships between parents and professionals.

Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES)
SSES gives a $1,500 one-time online grant to families of special education students with disabilities who are enrolled in a Texas public school. It can be used to purchase educational goods & services.
