Mrs. Nicole Liebau

Mrs. Liebau has taught in Boerne ISD since 2015. She serves as the campus Instructional Coach at Fair Oaks Elementary. As an Instructional Coach, she partners with teachers and administrators to ensure high-quality instructional effectiveness to positively impact student learning by observing, reflecting, researching, and sharing because all students deserve an equitable education. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University in 2000 and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Schreiner University in 2019. Mrs. Liebau has a passion for inspiring children in their learning journey by building strong relationships with her students and teachers. She believes in encouraging, supporting, and challenging teachers to passionately provide the best instruction for their students through relationships and research-based practices.

Mrs. Liebau has been married to her husband, Mason, since 1998. They have two sons, Jackson and Owen. Their family enjoys hiking, traveling, and cheering on the Champion Chargers and the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
