    Please note that the payment portal is new but the lunch account information was safely transferred from the previous portal.

    Attention parents!!! You will need to know your students' ID numbers (Student ID) to register for the portal. These can be found in Skyward or by contacting your student's school.

     

    Pay School Central Transaction Fees:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Transactions less than $25): $1.75 per transaction
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Transactions $25 to $49.99): $2.25 per transaction
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Transactions greater than $49.99): 4.50%
    • Electronic Check (All transaction amounts): $1.95 per transaction

     

    Note: Cash and Checks (payable to Boerne ISD) can still be sent to your child's school cafeteria to be added to the lunch accounts at no additional charge.

  • Charge Policy

    Please review the following BISD Charge Policy & Courtesy Meal Information:

    When a meal account becomes negative, the household will be notified by letter, e-mail or phone call.

    Students will be allowed a maximum of three (3) lunch meal charges according to the grace period set by the school board.

    After a student has accrued three (3) lunch meal charges, a courtesy meal consisting of a sliced meat & cheese sandwich, fruit or vegetable and milk will be offered at no charge.  Students will continue to receive a courtesy meal until all cafeteria charges are paid. No a la carte items may be charged at any time. It is department policy not to take away a food tray once a student has received it.

    The following forms of payment are accepted to ensure your student has breakfast and lunch available:
