Mrs. Melva Schrunk

Mrs. Schrunk has served the Boerne ISD educational coommunity for over 16 years. She has worked at FORES, Kendall and Curington as a Bilingual TA where she shared her love of her Mexican culture. This will be her first year as a classroom teacher as she serves our 1st grade bilingual students. She is very excited to be at Curington Elementary and looks forward to sharing her knowlwedge and passions with her students and their familes. 

Mrs. Schrunk loves spending time with her family- husband, Jesse- USAF/USAA Retired, daughter, Kristina- flight attendant in Colorado, son- Raymond, works at Hamby's in Boerne, daughter- Melva, lives in Boerne and her youngest son- Joseph, lives in Austin.  Mrs. Schrunk loves traveling with her husband and Tiny, her chihuahua and loves attending concerts throughout the area!
