Welcome to Curington Elementary and Mrs. Borak's second grade webpage!
This is Mrs. Borak's second year teaching second grade at Curington! She is a veteran teacher with over 15 years experience in education! Mrs. Borak graduated from the UTSA and is happy to be back in the San Antonio area after 24 years. Growing up in Leon Valley, Mrs. Borak is a product of Northside ISD. She has been married for 28 years and has two grown sons. Her oldest son, Brady, is a graduate of Texas A&M, petroleum engineer in Dallas, and recent newlywed. Her youngest son, Colby, will be graduating from the UTSA this December with a degree in Criminal Justice and seeking a career with the Texas Department of Public Safety. Outside of school, she loves spending time with family, painting, and crafts. She is also an avid reader. Mrs. Borak looks forward to a fun year of learning and growing relationships with her students and their families.
