Mrs. Boddie is SUPER excited about being the Curington Librarian. She gets to be the "fun aunt"... the place where students get to visit, create, build, and explore. She enjoys working with ALL the kiddos and helping to support ALL the teachers and staff!! Mrs. Boddie was a 3rd grade teacher at Curington and taught in Northside for 13 years before that. Mrs. Boddie graduated from Texas State (SWT) with her bachelor’s degree and received her master’s degree in Global eLearning from Texas A&M Commerce in 2015 and librarian certification in 2023. She has lived in the Boerne area with her husband since 2003. They have 2 daughters, one at Boerne High School, and the other at Clemson (both attended Curington) and two dogs. Mrs. Boddie LOVES to get others excited about books. She has been fortunate enough in her 19 years to work with, and learn from, some AMAZING librarians, which inspired her to start this journey. The library is the heart of the school and can't wait for a new year. Go team Curington!
