Mrs. Renee Coffland

Renee Coffland has been in education for over fourteen years and loves teaching .

She grew up in Tyler, Texas where she enjoyed playing softball, volleyball and soccer. She pursued her degree at the University of Louisiana, and shortly after moved back to Texas to begin coaching volleyball and start her teaching career. Renee has experience in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and Special Education and has absolutely fallen in love with the primary grades. 

Renee has taught in the Boerne Independent School District for 8 years, and has served in various capacities, including grade-level team leader, Site Based Decision Team, and the Budget Process Leadership team. 

Renee strives to challenge her students in a loving, safe environment. She tries to instill responsibility, honesty, and hard work into all of her students and believes that all of her students are capable of doing amazing things.

Renee is happily married to her husband, Frank. They have 4 children who currently attend Boerne ISD as well. Carson is a Senior at BHS, Kiley is a Freshman at BHS, and Case and Kinzey attend Curington with Mrs. Coffland. She has enjoyed being a part of this district and loves watching her kids flourish in Boerne. When they are not at school they love going to the lake, playing sports, and spending time at the beach.
