Mrs. Griffith began her teaching career in 2003. She has been teaching in Boerne ISD since 2012.  Mrs. Griffith graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She spent five years working for an Early Childhood Intervention Program in Houston before making the move to Boerne.  Mrs. Griffith joined the staff of Cibolo Creek Elementary as a Special Education teacher in the PPCD program, where she stayed for 3 years before making the move to 2nd grade. She is excited to be  entering her 5th year of teaching 3rd grade at Herff Elementary.

 Mrs. Griffith has been married to her husband, David, for 26 years.  They have lived in Boerne for 20 years. Mrs. Griffith is the proud mother of 2 children, Hunter and Lily. Both children are graduates of Boerne High School. Hunter has graduated from Texas Tech University and is working in the Austin area and Lily is a freshman at The University of Texas in Austin.
