I've cherished my time teaching children from preschool to fourth grade and am thrilled to embark on my second year as a second-grade teacher. Boerne has been my home for the past eight years, where, alongside teaching and serving at my church, being an aunt holds a special place in my heart. Watching my nephew enter fourth grade at Herff and my niece begins kindergarten this year brings me immense joy as we all join the Herff Hawk community together.
I graduated from Liberty University and am currently pursuing my master's in liberal arts with a focus on education. Recently married, my husband and I share our lives with our nine-year-old dog, Arizona. In my free time, Sundays find me at church, deeply engaged with our life group, and enthusiastically supporting my nephew's and niece's various activities, as well as my students' events.
I look forward to another enriching year at Herff Elementary, nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning among my students.
