Ms. Anna-Maria Correa

Ms. Anna-Maria Correa was born in Honolulu, Hawai`i to a military family.  As she traveled the world learning about different cultures in the various DoD schools, she grew to love history and school.  Settling in Florida after her mother’s retirement, she continued her education.  

Ms. Correa received her Associates Degree in Florida, at Northwest State College. Then she decided to return to Hawai`i for her Bachelor’s in History with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.  She also completed her Master’s in Education and taught in Hawai`i and Nevada. She has been teaching since 2010 and with Boerne ISD since 2018. 

She enjoys reading, visiting museums, and going to national parks during her free time.
