Speech/ Language Pathologist

The speech/ language pathology program is offered under Special Education Services. The program consists of evaluating and providing therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders involving impairments in receptive/ expressive language, articulation, fluency, and voice.

About Mrs. Campbell/Education and Experience:

Mrs.Campbell had the honor of participating in the opening of Herff Elementary as the school Speech Language Pathologist.  She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Pathology from the Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge in 1994 and her Masters of Communication Disorders from the Louisiana State University Medical School of Allied Health in 1997.  Mrs. Campbell treated both children and adults in the hospital, outpatient, school and home health settings before taking a hiatus to stay home with her children until they were school age. 

Personal Information:

Mrs. Campbell was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana area.  She married her husband who was active duty in the USCG and has lived in many different cities in the US, as well as, Puerto Rico.  They were blessed to have four children who range from college to middle school ages.  She enjoys spending time with her family.
