The Boerne ISD Administrative Services Department works closely with district staff, parents, community members and students to achieve the district's mission and uphold its core values.

We collaborate with other departments to address concerns including school calendars, dress code, the student handbook, and the student code of conduct. The department supports areas that provide important services for the operation of the school district including Athletics, Fine Arts, Student Support Services. Administrative Services include policy and procedure updates, addressing community concerns, handling transfer requests and hearing formal grievances. In addition, we lead the Strategic Planning Committee, Attendance Zones and Boundaries Committee, and the District Education Improvement Committee (DEIC).
